We break the planning & design process into four phases

Foundation

We begin the journey by building a foundation.

Hearing your priorities, desires, and investment goals. finding your perfect date and location.

Thereafter, we create a realistic budget, select venue, and get your date on the calendar.

Planning

We will save you significant time and energy by using our connections and past experiences to build your dream vendor team – one that you can trust to have your wishes at heart.

We will touch base regularly so you are fully supported and directed as you focus on the fun elements of planning – building your guest list and wedding party, shopping for attire, selecting invitations, tasting food & dessert, etc. We will handle the more mundane workload on your behalf.

Design

Once we have the foundation and structure built for you, we will dive into designing your wedding experience.

This goes beyond the tablescapes into the sensory details that will last in your and your guests memories for a lifetime. We will consider the flow, sounds, lighting, flavors, and other details that will make your wedding feel the most like home for you.

Management

When the time comes, we will be there to support you and manage your vendor team so you can be fully present for this rare life event. It goes by fast but with our help and a few mindful breaths, you'll be able to take it all in.
