Month-of coordination for the couple that would like a pro to coordinate their wedding so that they can reserve their focus for one another & guests. ​

 

Experience Includes:

• Up to three scheduled planning meetings throughout wedding season

  • Timeline review meeting is considered one of the three planning meetings.

  • Additional email & phone conversations outside of scheduled planning calls are limited at the discretion of the coordinator.

• Access to our exclusive wedding planning portal.


  • Includes interactive tools such as a budget template, planning checklist, seating chart planner, website, & more.


• Customized vendor recommendations.


• Comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline & Vendor Production Schedule.

  • Curated during Timeline Meeting roughly 60 days before wedding.

• Review of floor plans.


• Month-of vendor confirmations.


• Coordination of wedding rehearsal.


• Serve as a resource for wedding etiquette, design, etc.


• Coordinator & assistant to manage day-of activities & serve as point-persons for all vendors, wedding party, & guests.


• Assistance with setup & teardown.


• Access to our emergency kit – we've got you covered.


• Return service – Secure gifts in vehicle, return rentals and tuxedos, gown preservation, etc. 


• Leftover floral and food donation after the wedding, if applicable.
